What You’ll Do
As a UI/UX Designer at OffBlock, you will:
- Collaborate closely with our product team to conceptualize and design features for our iOS and Android apps.
- Maximize user experience, constantly iterating on feedback to create intuitive, visually stunning interfaces. Adapt designs to support localization for various languages.
- Design user flows, develop new features, and improve the UI based on feedback from our users and stakeholders.
- Create sleek UI elements, interactions, and screens that enhance the overall user experience.
- Build interactive prototypes for fast testing and validation of new ideas.
- Collaborate in the definition of user stories & further documentation.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Has a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality, user-centered designs.
- Is proficient in tools like Figma, FigJam, Notion, and stays current with design trends and best practices.
- Knows the design guidelines for both Google and Apple platforms and applies them effortlessly.
- Has a degree in interaction design, media design or a comparable qualification.
- Is up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and can think outside the box to push boundaries.
- Speaks English fluently (German is a plus, but not required!).
- Bonus: Knowledge of the aviation industry is a huge plus!
