How does the free trial work?
Try us free for 60 days! We want to give you enough time to test all features to their full extent despite off days and vacations. If you enjoy your trial, your membership will automatically continue with the free OffBlock plan for as long as you choose to remain a member. There is no complicated contract, no cancellation fees, and no commitment.
On how many devices can I use OffBlock?
On as many as you like. Your data is connected to your account, so you can access it on as many devices as you have on hand.
Can I use it on Mac or PC?
Not yet. If you are interested in a desktop version of OffBlock, just write us an email and we will keep you up to date on this topic.
Can I share my duties with my non-flying family and friends?
Yes. Please check out our free OffBlock Family App for iOS. It is a dedicated app for your non-flying friends and family. Thoughtfully designed to make the app simple and easy to understand. Interested in an Android version? Feel free to contact us.
I have a new phone – how do I transfer my data?
Simply install the OffBlock app on your new phone and log in with your OffBlock user credentials. No backup or export needed. Your account is backed up daily, so you are always up to date. Also your subscriptions remain active, independent of the device.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Of course. You can upgrade any time. Directly in the app in “Menu > Subscription” or in the iPhone settings under “Apple ID > Subscriptions”. Cancelling your subscription is possible at any time within the cancellation period.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Your subscription is automatically renewed until you cancel it from your iTunes account. If you would like to change your subscription plan, your data will be available, no matter which plan you choose.
Which payment options are available?
All payment methods you have stored in your iTunes account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course. OffBlock is flexible. You can easily cancel your subscription either within the app in “Menu > Subscription” or in the iPhone settings “Apple ID > Subscriptions”. The accepted cancellation period applies.
Is there a lifetime payment option?
No. Here is why: the subscription model provides you a continually innovating app experience with access to the latest feature enhancements and expanded content on an ongoing basis. We regularly update OffBlock and process your feedback to give you the ongoing value you deserve.
Is there an Android version available?
Not yet. If you are interested in an Android version, just write us an email and we will notify you as soon as it is available in the Google Play Store.
